Can you please tell me when this boat’s UK tax paid status lapses (when it becomes liable for EU tax?).

Alternatively, can you say if, where and by what means it’s tax status has been “parked” (temporarily suspended).

Am I correct in thinking the boat’s documentation is complete and available for inspection?
